JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping of all goods and related supplies used by the specific departments within Parks, CityWalk, and Off Site Storage. Responsible for the warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse. Responsible for shipping food product to venues and Merchandise to their storage areas.
Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse and off site storage.
Participates in the development of employee, training programs and the monitoring of results of training. Provides input for the development policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas. Responsible for employee schedules, payroll and counseling.
Manages and maintains a fleet of 5 vehicles ensuring all are in good working order. Manages 4-8 drivers with CDL licenses.
Assists with the purchase of required supplies/equipment within approved budget. Participate in the development operating budgets and the monitoring of adherence. Uses warehouse and purchasing systems to include WMS, EATEC, RF, JDA, and ProcureIT.
Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
High School or GED required.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control experience required with 3-5 years supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS:
Florida Food Manager Certification, ability to operate all warehouse vehicles required.
