Responsibilities
• Counting peperoni and ham on every order• Not clearing pizzas before they're ready• Having $1 in coin change on every delivery• Maintaining neat and clean driver vehicles• Following proper procedures for products• Ensuring food, labor, and service goals are met• Reviewing P&L with supervisor• Working a 50 hour week with 1 day off and 1 on call day• Meeting or exceeding minimum TIPS and Domino's Pizza Standards• Staffing and training team members• Maintaining repair and maintenance in all stores• Implementing new products or ideas smoothly• Running stores at a minimum 4 star level• Performing self OER's and making corrections• Completing evaluations and raises as needed• Following through on assignments and submitting paperwork• Ensuring store reports and paperwork are complete and accurate• Following safety and security procedures• Maintaining store budgets• Preparing and delivering school lunches• Providing accurate and detailed accountability• Utilizing equipment correctly• Performing monthly inventory checks• Utilizing systems checklist and visit books
