At a Glance:
A Service Management Trainee at Discount Tire performs the following duties, including but not limited to:
Installs new tires and wheelsManages new and existing inventoryLeads a team of 4-5 technicians in a service environmentPerforms maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaningProvides a world-class customer service experienceWorks 35+ hours per week during regular business hoursParticipates in hands-on, on-the-job training and developmentWhat We're Looking For:
Must have a leadership mindsetMust have a valid drivers licenseMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent certificationMust be able to function well in a physically demanding environmentFull-Time Benefits:
