Providence Holy Cross Emergency Department is a high volume, state of the art ED supporting the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys with compassionate and culturally appropriate care.
The Emergency Department (ED) is a Level II Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, STEMI Receiving Center, Paramedic Base Station, and Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics (EDAP).
We are team-oriented and maintain a collaborative environment.
As a Magnet Designated Hospital, our nurses are highly engaged and involved in Shared Governance driving practice changes.
Our nurses are supported to advance their degrees and obtain specialty certifications to advance Emergency nursing skills.
The Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) is responsible for assisting the nurse manager/director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit.
In collaboration with the nurse manager/director, assumes responsibility for the management and staffing of the unit.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or Bachelor's Degree completed within 3 years of accepting position. California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications: 3 years - Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital. Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience. Leadership experience. Shared Governance experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
