Responsibilities
• Assist lead preschool teacher in running the classroom smoothly.• Report potentially harmful situations to franchisee, director, or assistant director.• Ensure classroom and equipment are properly sanitized and disinfected.• Maintain daily mat chart and wash blankets and sheets.• Follow procedures for emergencies and child injuries or illnesses.• Greet and observe behavior of students and record their development.• Maintain open communication with parents and discuss child's progress.• Provide safe, nurturing, and loving teaching environment for students.
Requirements
• 18+ years old.• High school diploma or equivalent.• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Reliable transportation.• CPR and first aid certification or willingness to obtain.• Experience preferred but not required.• Sound judgment, patience, and levelheadedness.• Energetic, positive, and good communication skills.
