Title: Assistant Project Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA
Salary: $80,000- $110,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus

What You Will Be Doing - Assist PMs with system integration projects/ fill in for PM when needed
- Coordinate submittals
- Staff and assign team members tasks
- Take care of change orders, project tracking & documentation
- Assist in developing project proposals - project timeframes/duration, costs, staffing, disbursement of resources
- Purchases parts, supplies, and technical instrumentation per specifications and system design
-Assists with preparation of project reports for management, general contractors, customers, engineering firms, and others
- Participate in project review meetings
What You Need for this Position - BS degree in architecture, construction/project management, engineering, or related field preferred
- 3 years of project management/coordination experience in an architecture, pre-construction or construction environment
