Sending out schedule update Cast-in-place concrete process Procurement and coordination of doors, frames and hardware Pre-punch and punch list processes Change management process Subcontract management process OAC Meeting preparation Setup of project specific GH Phipps' QA/QC program Startup and testing requirements in accordance with GH Phipps' QA Program Safety preplanning, ILSM Plan, ICRA, and MOPs Material delivery schedule Manages the following:
Project budgets, costs and financials Preparation and completion of AR/AP and billings Preconstruction efforts Maintains excellent relationships with owner, design team, consultants, subcontractors and project team Coordinates pre-planning efforts with project team Partners with superintendent to ensure compliance with company environmental, stormwater, and safety programs Has awareness of, and ability to research and enforce, building codes Mentors and trains direct and indirect reports As a safety sensitive position, complete adherence to alcohol and drug use policies set by company In-person, predictable attendance at assigned location EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field required
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) to seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required
SKILLSProficient in CMiC Proficient in Bluebeam Proficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6 CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURES REQUIREMENTSOSHA 30 Certification is required WELL AP Certification preferred LEED accreditation preferred but not required EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTSVerifiable work references demonstrating exceptional accomplishments, leadership, and communication skills Successful completion of post-offer background & drug screens The salary range for this position is $ 73,710 - $ 93,900 annually and is dependent in experience and title/rank of position offered.
