Job Description: My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets. Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications are met. Support in the procurement of materials and equipment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
