Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
This role requires proficiency in Procore, a leading construction management software, to ensure efficient project documentation, communication, and workflow management.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.

+ Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs.

+ Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

+ Monitor project schedules and budgets, and report any deviations to the Project Manager.

+ Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

+ Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and other project-related documentation.

+ Assist in resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

+ Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.

+ Proficiency in Procore construction management software is required
