Description The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives, scope, and deliverable for 149A projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their execution.
Lead a diverse project team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and a clear vision for project success.
Oversee all aspects of project management, including procurement, quality control, safety, and risk management.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates and address any project-related issues.
Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
Manage project financials, including budget tracking, cost control, and change order management.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting or exceeding quality standards.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in 149A construction projects, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
