Responsibilities
• Assist project executive, project manager, and superintendents with project supervision and documentation• Coordinate project activities and attend project meetings• Establish and maintain positive relationships with team, clients, vendors, and suppliers• Provide in-person support at job sites• Assist with project close-out documentation
Requirements
• BS in CM preferred• More than 1 year of experience in construction management• Knowledge of all phases of construction management• History of managing commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects in the New England market preferred• Exceptional organizational skills• Experience with pre-construction, estimating, RFIs, change orders, and submittals preferred• Strong administrative skills• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, P6, and other construction-related software preferred
