Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for managing all the operational aspects of commercial properties - budgeting, financial management, lease administration, and property maintenance to maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties.Prepare and execute budgets, financial forecasts and various financial analyses.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, rent collections and expense and income management.Engage and liaise with tenants, negotiate leases, and handle customer service issues.Coordinate with various teams to ensure properties are maintained effectively and plans for improvements as needed.Ensure compliance with property regulations and industry laws Qualifications:
Proven work experience in the field of commercial property management is desirable but not mandatory.
Candidates with 2-3+ years in the role will be preferred.Strong accounting background with comprehension of accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, etc.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Exceptional negotiation skills and business acumen.Ability to manage multiple projects.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
