The Assistant Ramp Manager will assist in leading a complex operation (7 direct reports & 110 employees) focused on safety, administration, maintenance, train performance and productivity. The Assistant Ramp Manager is a hands-on supervisor that services the needs of the customer while ensuring the safety of the terminal, and maintaining high productivity. Responsible for ensuring that ConGlobal meets the customer's scheduling requirements with on-time spot & release of trains, and timely grounding of autos. Manages the workforce to meet customer needs as well as profitability goals. Expected to work in a fast-paced environment where using superior management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
