Crystal Springs is looking for a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team as the Assistant Residential Director - Children's Services.

Your Role:
As the Assistant Residential Director, you will play a crucial leadership role in overseeing and managing a cohort of children's residential homes.
You will support the Director of Children's Residential Operations by ensuring that each home operates smoothly, safely, and in full compliance with relevant regulations.
This is a key position within our children's residential team, where you will mentor and develop house managers and direct care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care are upheld.
What You'll Do: Oversee daily operations of assigned children's residential homes, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
Implement and enforce compliance with Crystal Springs' policies and all relevant regulations.
Lead and mentor house managers and direct care staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Manage staffing requirements, respond to emergencies, and fill shifts as needed to maintain staff-to-resident ratios.
Ensure ongoing training and development of residential staff in crisis management, incident reporting, and clinical standards.
Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to strategic planning within the leadership team.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in residential care or similar human services field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Trauma-Informed Care, and ABA strategies preferred.
CPR, First Aid, MAP, and non-violent physical intervention certifications preferred (must obtain within 4 months of hire).
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
