Responsibilities
• Assisting the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower• Achieving profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction• Proper handling of cash and payment of guest checks• Planning and analysis of restaurant unit manpower• Assisting in employment and restaurant staffing• Attending University of Perkins and completing coursework• Achieving and maintaining ServSafe certification• Performing all functions for all positions in the restaurant• Ensuring proper food handling and safety• Maintaining productivity and service standards• Managing facility and equipment maintenance• Maintaining proper inventory levels• Anticipating and correcting system breakdowns• Accountable for accurate financial data• Attending scheduled meetings and making presentations
Requirements
• 1-2 years previous supervisory experience, preferably in the food service industry• High school diploma, some college or degree preferred• Effective communication and coordination skills• Physical ability to meet job requirements
