Monitor the performance of all service department staff. Visit with past, current, and future customers on a consistent and monthly basis to discuss any issues and request additional business. Use quality control procedures designed to monitor quality of work and take corrective action where standards are not met. Provide assistance, information, and direction to employees to correct technical concerns, improve efficiency, and improve warranty recovery. Hold daily department meetings. Schedule personnel to maximize shop efficiencies. Maintain focus on safety / safe work practices. ABOUT GATR TRUCK CENTER GATR Truck Center is an authorized Volvo truck, Hino truck, Mack truck, and Kalmar Ottawa dealership serving 5 locations in Minnesota and Iowa. We are an authorized Hyundai Translead Dry Van Trailer dealer as well. We are proud to carry a large selection of new and pre-owned inventory.
