Manages shifts with a focus on delighting guests
Trains and inspires team for success
Completes opening and closing checklist items and delegate responsibilities to other team members
Manages Inventory levels and product rotation to assure quality product and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
One year of customer service in retail environment or restaurant experience preferred
Special Requirements:
Ability to work in a very fast-paced team environment and lift up to 40 lbs.
On feet for 8+ hours
