Assistant Store Manager: You will be the Lovisa ambassador and lead your team by example, sharing sales techniques and achieving your store's KPIs. If you see yourself as a great leader and want to climb the retail ladder, then this is the role for you!

Are you a leader who cares for your team and builds great relationships? Do you have a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience to your customers? Do you have experience in delivering and driving targets (KPIs)? To be successful in this role you will have: Open availability for the retail work week Must be 18 years and older Store management experience in retail or hospitality Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment Strong people management skills and thorough understanding of performance management Excellent planning and organizational skills A proven track record of delivering results Exceptional communication skills Passion for retail and fashion!
