Job Description: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager provides assistance to the Store Manager in day-to-day operations by:

Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.

Developing repair estimates.

Answering phone calls.

Ordering parts.

Overseeing technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs on customers' vehicles.

Further, the assistant manager may:

Handle store opening and closing procedures for their assigned facility.

Help maintain a safe and efficient environment in accordance with Brake Masters policies.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills are an important requirement. As with all positions within Brake Masters, assistant managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. Position requires a minimum of 5 years automotive service industry experience, including at least 1 year service sales or management experience.
