TBW, LLC dba Batteries Plus, the nation's largest, fastest growing battery, light bulb, and Phone Repair franchise, is looking for a customer-focused Assistant Store Manager for our Northfield location to work with the Store Manager and Store Associates in achieving sales objectives and maintaining efficient store operations.

Duties include: Work with Store Manager to develop and implement the Store's business plan, and all company programs and initiatives. Implement operational activities including purchasing, receiving, inventory management, sales floor recovery, out-of-stock review and store organization and cleanliness. Support all commercial and retail sales strategies and initiatives. Assist with the selection and training of Store Associates and perform supervisory duties of Store Manager in his/her absence. Assistant Store Manager Qualifications: Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent and 1 year of retail experience (Cell Phone Repair Experience a Plus) Passion for customer service and problem-solving, with the ability to close a sale Strong technical aptitude and a basic understanding of electronics with the ability to be trained in cell phone repair as well as program and cut keys Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and install automotive batteries Ability to communicate concrete and abstract ideas and understand and communicate directions using both oral and written means Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction as a resourceful, independent problem solver. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Batteries Plus is the nation's largest growing battery, light bulb and Phone Repair franchise. Batteries Plus has grown from a single location in Green Bay, WI in 1988 and today we have over 700 retail store locations across the United States and Puerto Rico.
