• Manage store's team members and ensure sales goals are met• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service• Maintain product knowledge and provide information to customers and team members• Assist with store operations and tasks assignment• Contribute to the overall success of the store
Requirements
• 2 years+ sales management, product sales, customer service experience• Experience with leading, coaching, mentoring, or teaching a team• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)• Self-starter mentality and outstanding retail experience• Open mind and willingness to learn and be part of the riding community
