KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads all recreational and medical cannabis sales operationsLeads daily store opening and closing proceduresAssists Store Manager with leading goals and objectives throughout daily operationsProvides escalated guidance to customers as needed including resolving customer complaintsAssists with workforce and performance management efforts including hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring and evaluating employee performanceAssists with ensuring that processes and procedures are compliant to internal policies and standards as well as local and state regulationsPerforms daily cash verifications and recordingsLeads intake of deliveries, transfers, and inventory managementGreets and checks in customers and patientsEngages with patients and customers to understand their wellness needs and recommends productsEducates customers and patients on the benefits of cannabis productsMaintains the cleanliness and organization of the store including organizing products and inventory, sweeping, mopping, and dustingPerforms sales transactions including cash handling, using POS system, and compliantly packaging and labeling productsEnters or modifies customer/patient information in POS SystemAssists with managing team schedules to ensure proper coverageAssists with ordering suppliesAssists with store auditsSecures and organizes all patient filesOther duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience6 months of experience utilizing METRCExperience with retail POS systemsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent educationMust hold or obtain a valid Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) Employee BadgeStrong verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years of customer service and/or sales experienceExperience with Dutchie POS systemCannabis knowledge or cannabis industry experienceProficiency using Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office programs including Gmail, Calendar Docs, Sheets, Word, and ExcelKnowledge of local and state laws related to cannabis sales including Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) regulations COMPENSATION DETAILS: Pay Range: $19.60 to $22.00; actual pay will be determined based on qualificationsCash Tip EligibleBonus EligibleAccrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2.5 weeks per yearHealth, Dental, and Vision insurance plans are availableSupplementary insurance plans are available including Life, Disability, Accident, and Critical Illness401k and ROTH 401k plansNative Roots Cannabis Co. is aware that fake job postings, job interviews, and job offers are being promoted, mainly on social media.
