Responsibilities
• Produce sales gains and meet Company Objectives• Provide consistent appraisal of associate's sales performance• Ensure proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness• Protect Company assets and manage store inventory• Prepare store schedules and adhere to wage control guidelines• Follow policies and procedures for documentation and record keeping• Open and close the store according to procedures• Participate in LIDS training programs and recruit/train store personnel• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines• Perform work of subordinates and communicate with employees
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with one year of relative experience• Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills• Ability to operate a computer and maneuver software programs• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb a ladder• Standing required for up to 100% of work time• Ability to work unsupervised
