**Position Title: Assistant Superintendent - Construction Management**
**Location:** Remote (must reside near the Twin Cities when not on-site)

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide site supervision and oversee the installation of our products on projects within an assigned territory.
- Collaborate with General Contractors and support Stonhard on various projects.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil) with 1-2 years of related experience in industrial or commercial construction/project management preferred.
- Willingness to travel with reliable transportation (approximately 20% daily driving and 50% travel within the sales region), occasional weekends required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of construction safety regulations.
- Ability to cover travel expenses with monthly reimbursement.
**What We Offer:**
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000.
- Bonus potential with averages ranging from approximately $5,000 to $35,000.
