Job Description:
All administrative needs and paperworkHandling the schedules for multiple members of our executive and leadership teamsTracking team activity and coordination between executive team, agents and DE management Running property compsPutting together showing schedules for buyer toursCoordinating with marketing team on all marketing requestsAssistance with personal tasks as neededAssistance with personal marketingActing on behalf of several members of the executive teamManaging the CRM database of the executive team to ensure clients are being followed up withAttending inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, photoshoots as neededAssisting Operations Team with commissions processing & special projectsAssistance in setting up & running team meetingsHelping to manage all pipeline reports Qualifications:
An active Florida Real Estate LicenseAt least 2 years working full-time in FL real estateExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities at onceHonesty and integrity are most important Being extremely detail-oriented and organizedA "YES" attitude is imperative; recognizing that all tasks will not be formally listed in a job description but we expect this person to be willing to jump in to get any job doneE|G is not looking to hire someone who is interested in pursuing a career in sales in the immediate future
