Description: Covington High School is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of "Assistant Varsity Girls Wrestling Coach".

Desired Qualifications: Successful coaching experience (preferably at a high school level) Knowledge of IHSAA expectations and policies Ability to develop and teach all basic, advanced, and fundamental skills The individual selected for this position will be expected to: Plan, organize, and supervise all practices, team meetings, and any special events Help build, recruit, and retain student athletes for the program Work conducively with assistant coaches/volunteers Conduct out of season conditioning and opportunities for camps Communicate effectively with all parents, students, and stakeholders Follow guidelines and expectations set forth in the athletic handbook Model and uphold the core values of Trojan Pride by setting a positive example for sportsmanship and character To apply for the posted position please contact the Covington High School Athletic Director, Brad Short.
