Genpact LLC seeks Assistant Vice President-Source to Pay (multiple positions) in Richardson, TX to provide innovative advisory services and solutions in ERP and Source to Pay technology products to clients to improve and optimize their business operations using predictive insights. Responsibilities include:
Work closely with sales teams, various service lines, and leadership teams to provide consulting depth to clients.
Analyze business needs, define detailed requirements, validate proposed solutions/approaches, and recommend potential alternatives.
Conduct business requirement analysis related to Source to Pay and sourcing operations.
Deliver Master Data Management (MDM) product roadmap by partnering with stakeholders.
Conduct design and data mapping sessions with stakeholders and technical subject-matter experts (SMEs).
Develop high-level design and manage a team of skilled developers.
Lead teams on executing data conversion and migration based on defined rules.
Develop sustainable governance processes for Supplier MDM.
Identify potential program risks and develop mitigation plans.
Develop and execute strategies to deliver digital products and services.
Partner with client organization to identify quality and process gaps in existing applications.
Lead technical teams to develop wireframes leveraging UX design tools.
Establish effective relationships with all service lines and partners.
Coach and serve as a role model on business transformation approaches.
Education:
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (all), Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's experience in the job offered or related occupation. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. The position is headquartered in Richardson, TX with travel required to unanticipated project sites throughout the U.S. based on client need.
