The Trainer Senior is a professional role. Dealing with problems independently and solving complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Delivers product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral and skills-based training in a classroom or virtual environment.
Delivers training based on principles of adult learning using a variety of instructional methods and media appropriate for the proposed learning objectives to predominately exempt populations including advanced level workshops.

Delivers nationally developed curricula in a consistent manner.
Partners within Personal Bank and Wealth Management Learning to deliver customized learning events.
Manages the learning environment to ensure desired outcomes are achieved including the transfer of learning.
Displays solid knowledge of course content and materials.
Uses Personal Bank and Wealth Management Learning assessment tools to measure and analyze training results and identify gaps in learning; communicates curriculum gaps to Design and Development team.
Collaborates with managers to create individualized coaching plans that ensure new hire and incumbent success.
Collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure new hire onboarding success.
Facilitates coaching, communication and leadership workshops for exempt population.
The Business Trainer Senior may work in an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team where additional duties may arise including, but not limited to:Support the intake of new learning requests through consulting and needs analysis as well as implementation of final product (including building and influencing key relationships across HR, L&D and the business); measure business outcomes.
Supporting design and development of training solutions using a variety of learning tools and modalities in partnership with business and learning partners
Observing and/or facilitating created curricula in both classroom and virtual environments and collaborating with key partners to ensure learner success
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 – 5 years previous experience in training delivery preferred
Previous management experience preferred
Flexible with schedule (days/nights/ability to travel up to 25%)
Ability to stand for long periods of time to support classroom delivery
Ability to sit for long periods of time to support virtual delivery
Strong leadership, consultative, negotiation, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead groups and individuals
Advanced problem solving skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and virtual learning technology
Skilled in performance support methodologies
Exceptional coaching, group presentation and facilitation skills
Professional demeanor, detail oriented, and able to interact in various business situations with all levels of the organization
Able to organize and prioritize workload
Strong business acumen
