Responsibilities:
This is a 3rd Shift (Night) position, but candidates must be open to working days for training/coverage purposes up to 25% of the time. Position Responsibilities: The Assistant Warehouse Manager is accountable for the supervisory functions of the shift and department assigned As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service You will ensure that warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved You will track productivity to meet the companys requirements and maximize operational efficiency You will assist with various transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience: Associates Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 plus years of people leadership experience Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree
