Associate Administrative Assistant
Job Description\ Overview\ This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Chicago location.
Responsibilities\ * Communication to location DL (Distribution List) on all events happening.\ * MyBUY bill pay for S&D/WHS (Sales & Delivery / Warehouse).\ * PCard (Company Card) owner and reconciliation\ * Supplier/BP number requester\ * AR Advocate Reporting - Temporary Charge\ * NSF (non suffient funds) - period reconciliation - Aged -eChecks\ * Settlement back up - daily support that is needed.\ * Dispute back up.\ * Calero (Mobile Devices)\ * Mail-Phone-Front door.\ * Employee sales\ * Location support - UGM (Unit General Manager), SOM (Sales Ops Manager), Manager ask support.\ * C&I (Culture and Inclusion)\ * E-check app submissions\ * I9 verification - EMP trust (Onboarding)
Compensation and Benefit Details:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$37,000 - \$58,950.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Qualifications\ * High School Diploma or GED\ * Prior experience providing administrative support.\ * Strong computer skills in Office - excel specific.\ * Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.\ * Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency.\ * Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills\ * Banking experience preferred.
