Work as a scrum master to support multiple projects and initiatives under technology delivery management team. Work closely with critical stakeholders to steer towards successful technology project outcomes. Work on multiple technology projects and work initiatives supporting the Wealth Management business. Drive efficient planning and execution. Work on Firm priority programs and business reporting applications and be responsible for program delivery, execution and support. Extract, explore, mine, and experiment with data to answer business problems and document data flow. Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects. Balance and bridge technology and business needs, project, and program management. Manage core functions including requirements elaboration, systems, and process flow analysis, meeting critical milestones, and deliverables that are time and scope bound. Collaborate across the organization, providing business analysis, process and change leadership within a maturing, Agile SDLC framework. Develop and revise suitable processes and guidelines to ensure appropriate application development standards are available to guide participant teams. Build program and project status reporting aligned with enterprise project portfolios. Provide transparency to senior management with respect to portfolio issues, risks, and recommend/implement strategies for effective and efficient operations. Conduct project or program audits to ensure standards and scopes are being met and achieved.
Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or a closely related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Agile projects including managing agile boards, backlogs, roadmaps, reports, integrations, and add-ons; Atlassian tools including Jira, JQL (Jira Query Language), and Confluence; production deployment process and change management; scheduling and record-keeping of tasks and product development; product backlog management and requirement gathering with Stakeholders; story grooming and estimating work from product backlog; risk mitigation and monitoring; project life cycle/SDLC stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, support, and enhancement; project activities including budgeting, resource management, process management, estimations, capacity planning, and gap analysis; Microsoft Office; SharePoint; release management, and monitoring code freezes for production support; end-to-end acceptance testing of products; working on technical features and use cases to effectively run the Scrum project and monitor deliverables.
