Successful candidates will have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation.
The position is full-time and onsite at the firms' Miami, Florida office.


In this position Associates:

will be responsible for high exposure litigation cases from inception to trial with the supervising partner.
Will be conducting accident scene inspections with experts, drafting reports and analyzing liability, causation and damages.
will conduct your own depositions, attend hearings and argue your own motions.
will be responsible for interviewing witnesses, expert depositions, negotiations with opposing counsel, and conducting legal research.
Qualifications: Must have a Florida Bar license in good standing Must have 3+ years of litigation experience in casualty, premises or product liability or complex litigation Must have strong academic credentials Must have the ability to handle files from inception to trial Must have experience with depositions, hearings, meditations and trial.
Must have excellent research and writing abilities Must have exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and a strong work ethic.
