Ideal candidate will have 3+ years of civil litigation defense experience.
Responsibilities: Manage assigned casesHandle cases from inception to conclusionTake and defend depositionsMake court appearancesDraft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery Qualifications: Pretrial and/or trial experienceStrong research and writing skills3+ years of experienceLicensed and in good standing in MA Base salary range 100k-130k + Generous Monthly Bonuses + Benefits + Hybrid
