Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a boutique law firm concentrated in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, corporate transactions, asset protection, elder law, probate/estate administration and taxation matters.
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting an Associate Attorney in either our Duxbury or Beverly office for its estate planning and probate/estate administration department.
The position will offer the opportunity to gain substantive experience and participate meaningfully in a growing practice.

Job Details

4-7 years' experience with an emphasis in Estate Planning, Estate Administration or Elder Law
Preference in an LL.M.
graduate or a candidate with an interest and/or experience with tax matters a plus
Knowledge of Wealth Counsel
Familiarity with Medicaid Application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Well-developed research and analytical skills
Corporate law experience a plus
