Manage a docket of Pre-Litigation cases and work diligently toward timely resolutions.Report directly to a senior partner and collaborate with a team of skilled paralegals for administrative and substantive support.Lead negotiations with opposing counsel to reach favorable outcomes for clients.Provide guidance and leadership to non-attorney team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Maintain open and clear communication with clients, keeping them informed on the progress of their cases.Skills, Knowledge, and *
