SMALL LITIGTION FIRM SEEKING 3-5 YEAR ASSOCIATE W/ STRONG WRITING SKILLS Litigation Attorney
Boutique civil litigation firm in the Rice University area is seeking a motivated associate attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience.

The Firm represents individuals, corporations, estates, trusts, governmental entities, and other organizations in a wide range of unique litigation matters, including breach of contract claims, personal injury, employment matters, property disputes, and public affairs litigation.

The litigation associate will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including :
- Conducting legal research and analysis of claims and case strategy
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses
- Representing clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.

The successful candidate must have:
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney
- Experience in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Exceptional research and writing skills
- Willingness and ability to work on a multitude of cases, including novel legal issues
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas
Federal and state trial experience is also preferred.
