Associate Attorney

We are seeking highly motivated applicants for a full-time position as a personal injury attorney.

Responsibilities:  Represent clients in personal injury cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
- You will ultimately manage your own personal injury docket from intake to trial.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Sign up new personal injury clients.Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.Prepare pleadings and written discovery.Prepare and conduct depositions.Attend court hearings and mediations.Prepare cases for trial. Qualifications: - Must be licensed to practice law in Texas for at least 1 year.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to manage a big caseload.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
