Associate Attorney

Civil litigation law firm currently looking to hire a full-time talented and self-driven Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of litigation experience to join our office.
We average about 15 trials a year.
The firm handles all aspects of civil litigation, from the simplest cases to multi-party complex litigation on a wide range of legal issues in both State and Federal Courts.
Job Requirements: 1.
Managing a volume of cases with ongoing deadlines and shifting priorities
2.
Case development, including investigation, evaluation, and trial strategy
3.
Conducting legal research and analysis of complex legal issues
4.
Attending depositions, hearings, and trials
5.
Drafting pleadings, motions, and written discovery
6.
Trial experience in State Courts
Qualifications: 1.
Licensed to practice in Texas
2.
1-5 years of litigation experience
3.
J.D.
from an accredited law school
4.
Personal Injury experience preferred
5.
Deposition and law and motion experience preferred
The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court.
This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.
