Associate Attorney

Personal Injury Litigation Firm in Upper Kirby Area seeking associate attorney with 0-3 years experience.
Will handle a docket of 60-75 cases ranging from car accidents, premises liability, trucking accidents and workplace injury cases.
The associate attorney will handle their docket from pre-litigation to trial.

The ideal candidate will be able to handle their docket with minimal supervision.
Duties include pre-suit demands, drafting pleadings, discovery, client contact and communication, depositions, mediations and trial.
Candidate must be admitted into the Texas Bar.
A basic knowledge of Texas Procedure is required.
Law firm provides PPO health insurance and 401(k).
$100,000.00 salary with bonus.
