Associate Attorney

A law firm in Bergen County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly with clients on high-net-worth estate matters and sophisticated business transactions.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients about estate planning, estate administration, and tax planning.
Prepare wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation, and forming a strategy for a plan of action.
Represent clients on corporate and transactional matters.

Qualifications:
Candidates with have 1-5 years of tax, trusts and estates legal experience with additional experience in corporate and transactional areas of law.
Knowledge in estate planning, estate administration and tax planning is required.
Estate Litigation experience is a plus.
Membership to the NJ Bar is a must; license in NY is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and desire to continue to learn and grow with our firm.
