Position Overview
As an Attorney Case Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to seek justice for our clients.
You'll be at the forefront of managing complex cases, ensuring smooth processes, and contributing to our firm's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor litigation status with keen attention to detail
- Oversee medical record collection and plaintiff fact sheet preparation
- Assist with filing and prosecuting individual mass tort claims, primarily in MDL or other coordinated litigations
- Manage large case dockets efficiently and effectively
- Provide leadership and guidance to support staff
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong academic and practice record
- Licensed to practice in Missouri and Kansas state and federal courts
- Current good standing in these jurisdictions
- Demonstrated experience in managing large case dockets
- Proven ability to manage staff effectively
- Track record of exercising good judgment and leadership in professional settings
