MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add an experienced associate attorney to its Boston office in our Professional Practice Group, which provides legal counseling, risk management, claims monitoring and dispute resolution services to architects, engineers, construction managers and their professional liability insurers.
We are at the forefront of emerging issues facing design and construction professionals, such as the use of AI, alternative construction delivery models, and project specific risk and insurance frameworks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate, manage, and provide strategic direction on significant complex disputes and litigation matters.
Engage in risk management of potential high-value construction/design claims Develop resolution strategies Manage local counsel Collaborate with stakeholders and industry experts to prosecute, defend and resolve complex disputes between sophisticated parties.
Candidate Requirements: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: complex litigation and/or design or construction industry.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Must be admitted to practice in MA with admission in other New England states preferred.
Interest in modern construction projects.
Capable of independent work.
Work in an organized and efficient manner.
Superior research and writing skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to analyze complex matters.
