Leading prominent firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience for their growing Richmond, VA office.
Fully remote or hybrid.
Responsibilities: File review and legal analysis of workers' compensation claimsLegal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefsRegularly representing clients at depositions and hearings Qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in VA3-5 years' experienceSuperior analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid research abilities and written and oral communication skills Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Remote or Hybrid
