The Who, What, Where and Why As an Entry-Level Automation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving efficiency and innovation through the implementation of workflow automation. This role is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation in software development and coding and are eager to contribute their skills to enhance business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize your technical expertise to streamline workflows, implement automation solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Who? We'd like this person to have the following skills/abilities: Currently hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Understanding of workflow applications and automation software with the drive to make existing business processes as efficient as possible. Some experience in coding, with a willingness to learn and apply new programming languages. Familiar with creating APIs and rapid start packages. General technology background and a passion for staying updated on emerging trends. The ideal candidate has worked with workflow automation tools like Flowable. What? In this role, you would: Workflow Automation: Collaborate with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand workflow requirements. Design, develop, and implement automated workflows to optimize business processes. Utilize automation software to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency. Coding and Scripting: Develop and maintain scripts and code snippets to support automation initiatives. Learn and apply programming languages as needed for automation projects. API Integration & Rapid Start Packages: Work with APIs to integrate various software applications and facilitate data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations. Create rapid start packages using inputs determined during workflows. Technology Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts and other cross-functional teams to ensure automation solutions align with business objectives. Why?
