The Opportunity

As an Associate Claims Adjuster specializing in Crop insurance, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while providing exceptional service to our customers. From field inspections to policy administration, your dedication and attention to detail will contribute to our mission of enabling resilience.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct field inspections and investigations, utilizing maps and aerial photos to assess crop conditions and storage facilities.
Support claims auditing activities to uphold business objectives and regulatory compliance.
Provide timely and accurate policy service, addressing customer inquiries and communicating adjustment determinations under supervision.
Document, process, and transmit loss information to accurately determine potential damages.
Participate in comprehensive training sessions, both in classroom settings and in the field, to prepare for the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) exam.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required.
Valid Driver's License.
Ability to take direction effectively and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Crop insurance industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Desire to work towards CAPP certification.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
