We're seeking a future team member for the role ofClient Service Associate to join our BNY Pershing Wealth Solutions Team. Client Service Associates work with external clients to resolve immediate day-to-day issues while leveraging the appropriate resources at Pershing. They are the first point of contact for most client inquiries across phone, email, and eventually chat. This role is hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) and located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supports clients in addressing operational questions or issues and ensuring requests are executed
Applying problem solving skills based on precedence and experience, using communication skills to deliver high quality
Using knowledge of assigned clients to aid in problem-solving and escalating non-routine or complex issues, as needed
Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
1-3 years of experience in Technology - Call Center/Troubleshooting/Ticketing Systems is preferred
Hours of operation: 24-hour technology center - open to nights/weekends/holidays
