Western Union powers your pursuit. We are looking for someone to be part of the Retail Collections Ops team as an Associate Collector responsible for contacting customers to determine the reason for payment delinquency in Western Union.
Role Responsibilities Primary responsibility is online support to agent phone inquiries related to collections.Incident and case management for agent escalations.Take prompt action to reactivate agents that comply with payment terms.Use a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.Answer inquiries and resolve problems in coordination with team members or other functional areas.Requires limited knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.Requires the ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.Role Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.Typically has less than 18 months of finance, accounting, or collections experience.Flexible and adaptable.Ability to influence and drive execution.Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Level C1 - 83% min) and French (Level B2+ min) are required for this role.We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
