Your new role To succeed in this role, you must have 1+ years of relevant experience in a professional construction management role, with specific experience in environmental, industrial, or facility repurposing projects. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or other is not required but is preferred.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Leadership Provide hands-on leadership and direction to project teams with a focus on aligning daily production with project and business goals and performance expectations.Direct oversight of subcontractors including review of schedule milestones, conflict resolution, change management, and cost tracking.Project Delivery Drives project team to follow project plans, project objectives, and scope of work while tracking potential change orders.Ensures daily safety procedures, permits, and paperwork are completed correctly and timely.Active management of work-in-process to understand schedule and budget performance against plan. Proactively identifies and implements corrective actions to achieve project performance metrics.Reviews completed work with Project Manager to ensure billing and cost forecasting is accurate.Monitors percent complete and updates schedule accordingly.Your new team Ramboll develops innovative, scientifically sound solutions that help increase liveability by reducing pollution and restoring natural environments.
