Associate Consultant- Transportation & Logistics

Details of the offer

Job Description Work on a project team of 3-6 consultants, project managers, and/or specialists.
Develop project scopes and studies.
Solve complex business problems for clients.
Analyze data and analytics.
Review and edit all client communication documents.
Provide training to clients on project deliverables when needed.
Respond to client's questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide business solutions and recommendations to clients to meet project goals.
Communicate with clients to clearly understand project requirements and scope.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and competence in client communications.
Monitor and report project status to clients on regular basis.
Provide daily client services from project start to end.
Ensure that project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards.
Schedule client meetings to discuss project updates and issues.
Build positive working relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Build and maintain project documentation.

Follow the project scope to ensure tasks remain on-track.

Qualifications

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in transportation & logistics, or a related field.
Relevant work experience may be substituted for a degree.
5+ Years of experience in transportation & logistics, or a related field.
3+ Years of experience working as a member of a project team.
3+ Years of experience presenting to executive-level leadership.
Ability to travel up to 80%.
