Collaborate with market managers, sales teams, and external resources to produce compelling content for multiple platforms. Create a variety of content formats, including blogs, newsletters, emails, social posts, case studies, and more. Innovate new ways to develop and distribute content, with an eye on emerging trends. Use metrics to analyze and refine strategies for improved engagement and audience targeting. Contribute to customer success stories by facilitating interviews, gathering insights, and shaping narratives.
